Carl Jung is not easy to read. That’s why I came up with this book.

My new book is available on Amazon

Say hello to my new book — “Carl Jung For Gen Z”.

It’s available on Amazon, only as a digital version for now.

The book’s only purpose is to simplify Jung’s ideas so you can better understand them.

My goal here was to stay as close to the original as possible, but to change the language drastically. So it was more of a translation process.

Some of you might be very familiar with cognitive functions, while others may be interested in learning about them.

Either way, original literature is always the best way to go.

And when it comes to MBTI, Carl Jung has got to be the original source.

Carl Jung For Gen Z — Jungian Ideas Explained

Here’s what I mean when I say that Carl Jung is not easy to read. Take a look at this paragraph taken from Psychological Types:

Excerpt from “Psychological Types” by Carl Jung

It’s one of the easier ones, and yet it feels like a demanding read.

The overall phrasing is kinda heavy to digest. Not just because of words like apperception, but also because of its sentence structure and overall long complicated sentences.

The book has been translated from German, and even the German version is a bit cumbersome to deal with.

Here’s an alternative paragraph, saying the same thing, but in a simple and more modern language:

What the same paragraph looks like when you translate it into modern language

It’s a nice introduction for beginners as well as younger people who want to grasp the foundation of MBTI and the 16 personality types.

Jungian ideas hitting differently

But even people who are well familiar with Carl Jung might find “Carl Jung For Gen Z” entertaining.

What makes this book so amazing (for the right people):

  • Much shorter sentences
  • Much shorter paragraphs
  • Easy choice of words
  • CAPS for emphasis
  • Gen Z compatible vocabulary

For the sake of consistency I’ve also decided to deviate from certain grammatical and stylistic standards.

Brace yourselves for one-sentence paragraphs and sentences starting with a conjunction.

We’re trying to cater to Gen Z here.
